Biffopolis

I know I am a little late posting this one, but late is better than never.  I was reading Bob McKenzie's blog today on TSN.ca (link) about Remembrance Day and I have to say I've never heard of the Highway of Heroes before.  Basically when fallen soldiers from Afghanistan return to Toronto, they are driven along hwy 401 to Trenton.  This section of the 401 has been named the 'Highway of Heroes', with thousands of people, including Police Officers, Firemen, and others lining up each of the 50+ overpasses along this stretch of highway honoring the fallen soldier.

Here is a video that sums it up pretty nicely, and shows just how much we value the troops commitment and sacrifice.

Alright, I really have no idea why I'm putting up a blog other than that I really haven't done one in quite some time.  I suppose that I am happy about the new schedult... and thats all.

Well today marks the start of the Sentators Playoff drive, and for the first series with Pittsburgh, I made a nice wanted poster.

Well I'm just wrapping up the Easter (extra) long weekend, and have to post a couple of pictures.  On Thursday we were lucky enough to get some tickets and bring the kids out to a Senators game - thanks boss!  We have a great box available at work, and it was a great way to bring the kids out to the game.



The kids had a blast at the game, and enjoyed every minute of it. 

Saturday I also had tickets to goto the game (3rd deck rail seats), but we ended up spending the game in the box, which was really nice again.  The game was pretty good, it was nice to see Neil back, but Spezza really isn't showing anyone why he should be a top ten player in the league.  He has to stop giving it away when he hits the blue line, it is getting ridiculous now.

In my travels across the internet, I found this awesome Lost video that pulls together all the video from the crash of Oceanic Flight 815 and displays everything simultaneous events together.  This is something I've been meaning to do, but big props to the creator of this clip.
